Required Skills
- 4 - 8 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE/ Supply Chain)
- Solid understanding of OOTB features and track record in build/configure using feature set, configurations, flow & functionality.
- Experience in working on CRM, Case management and Workflow automation.
- Experience in Schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend/3rd
party services via REST / GraphQL
- Knowledge of Azure AD B2C / identity & access management
- Hands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Exposure to Azure cloud architecture, Dev ops , pipelines
- Past experience on using tools like Jira or similar
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech / SME lending / payments / digital banking / embedded finance
- Functional knowledge of B2B marketplace or similar platforms
- Exposure to Wave 2 update, Copilot Studio , Agent build & deploy ,
Education
Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical expertise
