Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our team and be part of a digital transformation journey. The candidate will work within a global agile development team spanning across multiple locations and will contribute to designing and developing a modern technology stack that supports our Investment Teams.
As a Fullstack Front Office Developer, you will work closely with the Investment Management business to solve operational challenges and implement strategic solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- Java & Spring Boot
- Python
- Angular 2.0+
- NoSQL – MongoDB
- Distributed Systems and Caching – Hazelcast, Redis

- Design and develop modern, modular web applications using best coding and testing standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and actively contribute to the team’s objectives.
- Work independently and follow contemporary software development practices.




- Collaborate with a global team of technologists to deliver robust solutions.
- Drive innovation by introducing new ideas and approaches.
- Identify and address risks and issues proactively.
- Manage communication and partner with end users (MSIM Investment Teams) to provide support and address user queries.

Competencies & Experience:
- Proven experience developing enterprise-level Java and Python applications.
- Strong background in designing distributed systems.
- Experience building enterprise-grade microservices.
- Hands-on experience writing unit, component, and integration tests.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and various financial instruments, with a focus on Equities.
- Good understanding of Portfolio/Asset Management activities.
- Strong computer science fundamentals.
