Description
We are looking for a results-driven IT Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple projects and clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across multiple teams and geographies
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement




- Track progress through regular reporting and communication with leadership

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in IT project/delivery management
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP / Prince2 / Scrum Master certification
- Experience managing enterprise-level or client-facing delivery projects
- Background in application development or infrastructure projects
