About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Ocean & Air Import/Export vertical. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in international freight forwarding, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and business development for ocean and air import/export services.
• Identify and acquire recent clients while nurturing existing accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.




• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.

Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of ocean and air import/export operations.
• Established network of clients and industry contacts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
