Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and approach customers, offer assistance, and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping journey.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by beruru, including features, benefits, and pricing, in order to effectively communicate these to customers.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis through effective selling techniques,



upselling, and cross-selling.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customers' requirements and preferences by actively listening to their queries and concerns, and then recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations where applicable, showcasing key features and perks to potential customers.
