Job Title: EPM Lead/Developer – Planning
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled professionals to join our team as EPM Lead/Developer – Planning. This role involves working with Hyperion EPM Product Suite, with a primary focus on Hyperion Planning, PBCS, and EPBCS. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in application development, requirements gathering, and solution design, along with in-depth experience in the Hyperion ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the implementation of Hyperion Planning/PBCS/EPBCS projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Take responsibility for application design architecture for Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Planning and Essbase Analyst Teams in the application design process.
- Design, develop, and enhance Business Rules, Forms, Task Lists, and Reports within Hyperion Planning.
- Provide solutions to existing architecture and design challenges in the current system.




- Assist in planning and executing the implementation of complex Planning modules including P&L;, BS, Workforce, Capex, and understanding their interdependencies.
- Ensure effective collaboration across different teams, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions.

Key Skills Required:
- EPM Experience: 7+ years with a strong background in Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, and other EPM tools.
- Planning & Modeling Knowledge: Sound understanding of planning models such as Profit & Loss (P&L;), Balance Sheet (BS), Workforce, Capex planning, and their interdependencies.
- Hands-on Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Business Rules, Forms, Task Lists, and Reports.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as required for project implementation and client interaction.
