Job Description:
- Having experience in managing multiple teams, Scrum Ceremonies, developing railway simulator products, Salesforce Administration and Development, Product Developmen Project Management
- Delivered team and organization training materials and workshops, building knowledge and skills to facilitate the agile transformation.
- Able to organize and facilitate Sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, sprint and release planning.
- Collaborate closely with product owner on backlog grooming to keep product backlog relevant and prioritized, ensuring acceptance criteria are agreed upon and stories are ready for sizing.
- Effectively track team's progress.
- Experience in removing Team Impediments
- Experience in Facilitating Meetings
- Experience in coordinating amongst internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in JIRA
- Experience in Project management
- Experience in Waterfall and Scrum Methodology
- Experience in Managing and leading cross-functional teams (Production, Software Development, Design, QA)




- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specs that were used to design and implement business solutions.
- Well conversant with writing Software Design documents, Hardware Design Documents, Factory Acceptance Test Documents (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test documents (SAT) Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget
- Having Experience in preparation of Project Costing, Project Procurement plan, Cash flow requirements, Resource Planning, Sourcing
- Experience in Salesforce Development, Administration, Configuration, Implementation and Experience in end-to-end design, development of Motion based and Static Railway Maintenance and Driving Simulators
- Ability to work in Team environment as well as individual setting
- Excellent work ethics, self-motivated, quick learner and team oriented. Continuously provided value added services to the clients
