Maintaining a protected working and nursing environment for all. Supervising the work of junior nursing staff. Explaining to patients the treatment they are about to receive. Giving feedback to new nurses who come on duty at the end of a shift. Disposing of hazardous materials properly. Reviewing a patient’s medical history. Dealing with any patient complaints promptly and in line with the hospital complaints policy.
