- Ensuring Yard Strategy being followed while deploying optimum usage of Yard Equipment.
- Constant monitoring of road queue and resolving of the yard bottle necks.
- Monitoring & Reduce Idling of operational equipment planning in yard.
- Maintain logs and data for TDR and other reports
- Proper filing of all tower documents.
- Contributing to continuous improvement.
- Contributing for the meeting of Business/Operational targets and objectives.
- Monitoring and development of operational reports.
- Ensuring secure and correct working practices.
- Timely delivery of import and export plan to field staff.
