About the Role:

This isn’t a typical Legal role. You will work on initiatives that genuinely
transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer.

We are looking for a SVP/VP who acts as a strategic business partner rather
than just a risk gatekeeper. In an industry defined by evolving regulations and
frontier technology, our Legal team provides the trust infrastructure that
allows innovation to scale safely.



You will architect our legal strategy,
manage high-stakes disputes, and ensure CoinDCX remains the most compliant and
credible institution in the VDA (Virtual Digital Assets) space.

What You’ll Do:

* Drive Legal Strategy: Design and implement a robust legal framework that
aligns with aggressive business objectives while navigating the complex Indian
and International Web3 regulatory landscape.
* Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Own end-to-end contract lifecycles, leading
negotiations for marquee partnerships, institutional collaborations, and
critical vendor ecosystems.
* Govern with Excellence: Architect corporate governance standards and
internal policies that uphold the highest ethical benchmarks across the
organisation.
* Navigate Disputes & Litigation: Resolve legal conflicts with precision,
managing external counsel effectively to ensure favourable outcomes for the
