Job Description:

Position Title: E-commerce Manager
Locations: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online sales channels across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role will be responsible for driving online revenue, optimizing product visibility, managing platform relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Marketplace & Website Management
* Manage seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon India, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato and Swiggy.
* Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and category mapping.
* Monitor product rankings, ratings, and reviews; take corrective actions.
2) Sales & Revenue Growth
* Drive online sales targets and revenue growth across all platforms.
* Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers.
* Analyze platform data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
3) Digital Marketing & Visibility




* Coordinate with the marketing team for SEO, SEM, and paid ads on marketplaces.
* Optimize keywords, banners, and A+ content to improve discoverability.
* Manage platform advertising budgets and ROI.
4) Inventory & Order Management
* Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for stock planning and replenishment.
* Ensure timely order processing, returns handling, and stock reconciliation.
* Avoid stock-outs and overstock situations through demand forecasting.
5) Analytics & Reporting
* Track KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and returns.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
6) Vendor & Platform Relationship
* Liaise with key account managers of marketplaces for visibility, campaigns, and growth plans.
* Stay updated with platform policies, fees, and algorithm changes.
7) Customer Experience
* Monitor customer feedback and ratings.
