Role & Responsibilities:
- Leading the operations team to ensure Orders are timely packed with highest safety standards and as per brand packing guidelines.
- Liaise and Collaborate closely with 3PL partners like FedEx, Shiprocket, India Post, etc to schedule pick-ups, reverse and raise escalations to ensure timely deliveries are made to the customers and ensure that we are able to provide highest standards of customer service from the operations end.
