About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic skilled to drive Business Excellence, SOP Implementation, and Process Improvements across our large-scale cattle feed manufacturing plants. The role involves standardizing procedures, ensuring operational excellence, and driving compliance to enhance plant efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all plant functions.

Monitor adherence to SOPs and initiate corrective actions where deviations occur.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.

Conduct process audits, gap analysis, and recommend improvements.

Train and mentor plant teams on process compliance and best practices.

Work closely with plant leadership to implement efficiency and productivity projects.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.





Candidate Profile:

-
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering / Operations Management / Business Excellence.

-
6–10 years’ experience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or SOP Management, preferably in FMCG, agro, or process industries.

Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.

Experience in documentation, process audits, and compliance systems.

Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and training skills.
