Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Brand Manager with a strong FMCG background to champion our assigned brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive market share growth, brand awareness, and profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and the competitive landscape within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for assigned FMCG brands.
2.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
3.
Develop and manage marketing budgets for assigned brands.
4.
Oversee creative development for brand communication materials (advertising, packaging, etc.).
5.
Manage and collaborate with marketing agencies and creative partners.
6.




Develop and implement brand activation plans to drive sales and engagement.
7.
Monitor brand performance and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
8.
Track and analyse market trends and consumer insights.
9.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (sales, distribution, etc.).
10.
Stay informed of industry best practices and current technologies.
