As part of the Business Application Consulting team you are positioned to contribute to creative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As an Associate you are expected to embrace a learning mindset, take ownership of your development, and actively engage with varied clients and team members, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Support the customization and deployment of CRM applications
- Engage in testing and validation of system features
- Document processes and maintain project records
- Participate in user training and support activities
- Analyze data to inform CRM strategies and improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and CRM recommended practices
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
