Job Summary
Location: Surat
Years of Experience Required: 1-2 years
Industry: Gems and Jewellery

Responsibilities
- Entry into MS Excel for tracking manufacturing stages
- Coordinate with Factory RM for diamond bagging/gemstone selection
- Manage data input for customization/SKU manufacturing requests
- Coordinate/manage articles' flow
- Update article flows in GATI software
- Coordinate with external agencies for diamond certification
- Prepare MIS reports for article movements
- Communicate with multiple departments for timely article movement




- Coordinate with logistical firms for article movements
- Maintain records and update MIS pertaining to certifications and article dispatches

Skills
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in B2B diamond/jewellery sales
- Age: Less than 27 years

Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Highly Focused and Disciplined
- Gujarati language

Qualifications
Age: Less than 27 years
Experience: 1-2 years in coordination/data management at a diamond manufacturing facility
