Ecolab is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Marketing Operations supporting our Marketing Services team in Global Business Services. The individual in this role will lead end-to-end project management of creative and digital projects while driving operational excellence, workflow optimization, governance, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and scalability across the Marketing Services function. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, stakeholder management, and marketing operations, ensuring high-quality execution, optimized workflows, and measurable business impact.
In this key role,
you will be working closely with the Marcomm teams across Ecolab and Creative and Digital Services team in Pune managing cross-functional stakeholders, resource and capacity planning and seamless communication ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction. You will leverage tools, data and continuous improvement practices and mindset to enhance delivery performance, quality and operational impact.
