A well-reputed conglomerate is looking to hire a Contract Manager with 4-6 years of experience for their Dolvi office. Candidate must have experience in managing end-to-end contract lifecycle activities across procurement, projects, operations, and commercial functions. The role requires hands-on experience in drafting, negotiating, and administering high-value commercial contracts, with a solid understanding of the legal and business risks involved in large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are commercially sound, legally compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including EPC, supply, service, logistics agreements, NDAs, and MOUs, ensuring alignment with business and legal requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, covering structuring, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and closure.
- Identify and assess legal and commercial risks, and provide practical,



business-focused risk mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders.
- Support project, procurement, and operations teams on contract interpretation, compliance, claims, variations, extensions, and dispute avoidance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and governance frameworks, while coordinating with external counsel on complex contractual issues and dispute resolution when required.

Candidates with experience in a plant office will be given first preference.
