Job Purpose: Head - QA/QC is responsible for quality assurance and quality control processes for all construction and city-side development projects. This role involves designing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), methodologies, Quality strategy, conducting regular quality audits, and leading the QA/QC team through comprehensive training and career development.

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Control Leadership:

Lead and oversee the QA/QC processes for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and organizational policies.

Develop and oversee implementation of quality management systems and procedures that promote continuous improvement throughout all project phases.
