Implementation, and CMDB Process Maintenance Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Capability
Mapping, Application Portfolio Implementation, Enterprise Architecture, and CMDB
Process Maintenance Specialist to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for developing and maintaining business capability maps, implementing
application portfolio management, ensuring robust enterprise architecture practices, and
maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes within our
organization. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow, enterprise
architecture frameworks, application portfolio management methodologies, and CMDB
best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Capability Mapping:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business capability maps to align IT services
with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document key business
capabilities and processes.
- Ensure that business capability maps are up-to-date and reflect the current state of
the organization.
2. Application Portfolio Implementation:
- Lead the implementation and management of the application portfolio within the
ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct application assessments to evaluate the health, performance, and
alignment of applications with business needs.
- Develop and maintain an application inventory, including metadata, lifecycle status,
and ownership information.
- Work with application owners to define and implement application rationalization
strategies.
3. CMDB Process Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the Configuration Management Database
(CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and implement CMDB policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data
integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure that configu
