The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on individual with a security mindset to join us as Enterprise Security Architect as part of the Security team at SPAN. You will be responsible for building out SPAN’s enterprise security and compliance program.
Maintain and map security policies and standards to ensure continuous audit readiness.
- Audit Leadership: Lead end-to-end audit cycles, including evidence collection and remediation.
- Third-Party Risk: Conduct security assessments on vendors and partners to enforce compliance standards.
Technical Architecture
- Identity & Access (IAM): Architect and implement a Zero Trust/Least Privilege IAM framework.
- Network Security: Design and own the enterprise network security architecture.
Operations & Defense
- Incident Response: Develop and maintain the IT security incident response plan.
- Vulnerability Management: Drive enterprise-wide vulnerability scanning and remediation programs.
About you
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise security leadership and architectural roles.
- Expert-level knowledge of security and privacy frameworks, including SOC2, CCPA, and NIST CSF 2.0.
- Demonstrated track
