Job Description Introduction
n We are looking for a driven and hands-on Partnerships Manager to join the Visteon ́s Connected Services team.
n This is a high-impact, outbound-first role. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding app developers onto the Visteon ́s Automotive App Store platform — building a pipeline of certified, vehicle-ready apps across categories including navigation, entertainment, AI, utilities, and connected services.
n We are seeking for a hunter, someone who closes deals, moves fast, and takes full ownership of their pipeline from first contact to signed agreement to live app.
n What You ́ll Do
n n Contact (outbound), develop, and maintain solid relationships with app developers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
n Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and revenue-sharing models
n Use AI tools to research, qualify, and prioritize developer targets at scale
n Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline tracker with accurate status on every developer relationship
n Coordinate APK submission and testing with the technical team — ensuring apps meet AAOS compatibility, performance, and quality standards before certification
n Act as the primary point of contact for app developers throughout the onboarding and certification process, monitoring performance post-launch and coordinating updates and bug fixes
n Work closely with OEM teams to understand app requirements and curate the right portfolio for each vehicle program
n Coordinate with internal product, engineering, QA,



and legal teams to ensure smooth developer onboarding and certification
n Contribute to competitive market assessments, identifying gaps in the Automotive app portfolio and recommending high-priority acquisition targets
n n What We ́re Looking For
n n 6 to 9 years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or developer relations — preferably in mobile, app ecosystem, or automotive technology
n Strong understanding of Android and mobile app ecosystem, familiarity with APK submission, app store certification processes, and developer onboarding
n Knowledge of Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or strong willingness to learn — understanding of how in-vehicle apps differ from standard mobile apps
n Hands-on experience using AI tools for outbound research, partner qualification, pipeline management, or market analysis
n Excellent written and verbal communication in English, capable of representing Visteon professionally in external developer and OEM conversations
n Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation
n Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field — MBA is a plus
n Willingness to travel as required
