n Customer Success, Service & Operations, O2C lifecycle and processes
n International shipping documents
n Import and export terms (Incoterms)
n Export/import payment mechanisms
n Letter of Credit (LC)
n Order entry and order fulfillment processes
n Expericnce: 4+ years, Shifts: APAC shift – 4.30 AM / 5.30 AM to 2 PM / 3.30 PM (CAB - Pickup)
n EMEA shift - 11.30 AM / 12 NOON to 8.30 PM / 9.30 AM (CAB - Drop)
n North America & Latin America shift - 4.30 PM 5.30 PM to 1.30 AM / 2 AM (Cab & Meal provided)1. Experience in SAP
n 2. Added advantage of experience in CRM
n 3. Must Have Skills : Order Handling (OTC)
n 4. Shifts-Versatile to any Time zone
n 5. SAP knowledge, Vlook up,OTC / O2C knowledge, CSR, Letter of Credit, SAP Skills, Sea/Air order handling, Any industry. Sea or air cargo
n 6. Order fulfillment process
n Skills- OTC, SAP, Import-export documentation
