Job Description About Us:
n Venn Spaces (https://vennspaces.com) offers technology-driven managed workspace solutions, including office design, interior build-out, and facility management. Operating as a "workspace-in-a-box" provider, Venn serves startups, unicorns, and enterprises with flexible option.
n Role Overview: We currently have approx. 500,000 sq. ft. of Commercial Space under development and another 2-3 million under planning phase. You will be responsible for leasing related activities including planning, preparing, marketing, prospecting and executing commercial leases of commercial properties in the Bangalore region.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Strategic Planning & Leasing: Formulate and execute targeted leasing strategies for commercial properties, identifying and prioritizing high-potential clients and sectors to optimize occupancy rates.
n Client Engagement: Conduct impactful presentations and proposals for prospective clients,



gaining a deep understanding of their needs and crafting tailored solutions that effectively close deals.
n Channel Partner Relationships: Nurture robust relationships with IPCs, brokers and channel partners to enhance brand visibility.
n Leasing Process Management: Oversee the entire leasing process from negotiations to the execution of Lease Deeds, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
n Reporting and Analysis: Generate and present detailed inventory and lease management reports, providing valuable insights into market trends and the performance of leasing strategies.
n n Qualifications:
n n 8+ years of commercial leasing experience, with a focus on office spaces.
n Strong negotiation skills and a comprehensive understanding of the Bangalore commercial real estate market.
n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
