Job Description Key Responsibilities:
n The Senior Manager – Operations & Delivery will be responsible for, including but not limited to
n n Drive day-to-day business operations and execution across the India office.
n Serve as the primary point of contact for the India office, working closely with US leadership to ensure seamless execution of business operations, client engagements, recruitment, and delivery initiatives.
n Partner closely with US leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
n Support client delivery by managing resource planning, staffing coordination, onboarding, and delivery execution.
n Work closely with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
n Personally support hiring for critical Sales, Marketing, IT, and leadership positions across India and the US whenever required.
n Meet with clients, prospects, and partners to support business development, operational reviews, delivery discussions, and relationship management.
n Represent the India office in client meetings and act as a liaison between India operations and the US leadership team.
n Support the US office with proposal discussions, client presentations, solution reviews, and operational initiatives.
n Monitor resource utilization, delivery performance, and operational KPIs to ensure business objectives are achieved.
n Resolve operational challenges and client escalations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.




n Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, delivery quality, and overall business performance.
n Prepare and present regular operational updates, hiring progress, delivery metrics, and business insights to leadership.
n n Travel within India and occasionally internationally as business needs require.
n Required Qualifications:
n n Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
n 8–12 years of experience in IT Services, Staffing, SaaS, or Technology organizations.
n Robust experience in Operations, Delivery, Client Management, Recruitment, and Business Execution.
n Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Technology organizations.
n Experience working with both India and US stakeholders.
n Strong understanding of resource planning, staffing, delivery operations, and client management.
n Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
n Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and drive business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
n Willingness to travel for client meetings and business engagements.
n n Preferred Qualifications:
n n Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
n Exposure to SaaS, AI, Healthcare Technology, or IT Consulting businesses.
n Experience working directly with executive leadership and enterprise clients.
n Strong understanding of recruitment, business operations, and client delivery functions.
