n We are expanding our operations and seeking a energetic International Business Development Manager.
n Key Responsibilities
n 1. Market Expansion & Sales Growth
n • Develop and execute business strategies to expand our presence.
n • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends.
n • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, and end-users.
n 2. Client Relationship Management
n • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
n • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while maintaining customer satisfaction.
n 3. Market Research & Analysis
n • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
n • Provide insights on pricing, product modifications,



and sales strategies.
n 4. Team Collaboration
n • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
n • Coordinate with marketing teams to create region-specific campaigns.
n 5. Travel & Representation
n • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.
n • Conduct regular visits to key markets within the region.
n Qualifications
n • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. MBA preferred.
n • Experience: 5+ years in international sales or business development, preferably in the industrial packaging sector.
n • Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory).
n • Skills:
n • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
n • Strong market research and analytical capabilities.
n • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
