n About the Role: We are looking for a driven and field-focused Relationship Officer/Senior Relationship Officer to lead customer acquisition and business loan disbursement across assigned territories. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Client Relations, and Field Operations, responsible for driving loan sales, disbursements, and low delinquency through consistent field visits and centre meetings.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Drive business loan sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers, building relationships and achieving sales targets through field visits.
n MTO ensures disbursement targets are met with minimum delinquency.




n Assess the potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
n Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly targets.
n Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meetings, and review loan applications.
n Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and establish strong brand identification with potential customers.
n Ensure weekly/daily meetings & visit to centre.
n n Requirements:
n n Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Field Sales, loan against property / home loans.
n A valid Driving License (DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role.
n Basic understanding about business Loans model working would be preferred.
