n We're looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team and drive product storytelling, campaigns, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Mumbai. We offer a high degree of creative freedom, competitive pay and a cooperative, entrepreneurial work environment with ESOPs to every employee.
n Key Responsibilities
n Content & Communication
n n Create compelling copies, presentations, emailers, social media content, and video scripts
n Ensure consistent messaging and brand communication across all touchpoints
n Build content plans and communication calendars for campaigns and launches
n n Go-To-Market (GTM) & Product Launches
n n Support GTM planning and execution for new products, features, and campaigns
n Develop launch communication plans across internal and external channels
n Track campaign execution and identify opportunities to improve engagement and adoption




n n Creative & Campaign Management
n n Translate business and product briefs into creative requirements for designers
n Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives
n Explore new content formats and engagement strategies across digital platforms
n n Cross-Functional Collaboration
n n Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Design, and Leadership teams to drive marketing and product growth initiatives
n Manage multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring timely execution and accountability
n n What We're Looking For
n n 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Content, or Product Marketing
n Strong interest in the travel as well as financial services industry
n Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
n Experience managing social media and content calendars
n Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
n A self-starter who enjoys building campaigns and driving business impact
