n Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale Solar & BESS EPC projects across India and international markets. Drive project governance, cost control, schedule adherence, quality, safety, and stakeholder management. Accountable for portfolio P&L;, team leadership, and delivery of organizational revenue and profitability targets.
n Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management
n • Lead and oversee execution of Solar and BESS EPC projects across multiple geographies
n Project Execution & Delivery
n • Direct and monitor project execution from engineering through commissioning and handover
n • Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with business objectives
n • Ensure effective coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Quality, HSE, and Commercial teams
n • Drive portfolio-level governance for consistency in project delivery standards
n • Drive project milestones and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks
n • Ensure achievement of project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and profitability targets
n • Ensure optimum deployment of manpower, equipment, and project resources
n • Provide periodic portfolio performance updates to senior management
n • Lead project review meetings and monitor corrective actions
n Project Planning & Controls
n • Establish robust planning and monitoring systems using Primavera P6 / MS Project
n Commercial & Financial Management
n • Monitor project budgets, cash flows, billing, collections, and profitability
n • Review and approve project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies
n • Ensure adherence to approved project cost baselines and financial targets
n • Monitor project progress against baselines and identify schedule variances




n • Review commercial performance and identify margin improvement opportunities
n • Drive recovery plans and corrective actions to address delays
n • Support teams in claims management, variation orders, and contract administration
n • Ensure effective reporting through dashboards and MIS
n • Collaborate with Finance teams on forecasting and project financial reviews
n Risk, Contract & Governance Management
n • Establish risk management frameworks across projects
n Quality, Safety & Compliance
n • Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control systems
n • Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with project agreements
n • Drive compliance with HSE standards, statutory regulations, and company policies
n • Identify and mitigate execution, commercial, contractual, and operational risks
n • Promote a culture of safety excellence across project sites
n • Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies
n • Review project quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives
n • Ensure governance compliance and audit readiness across all projects
n Stakeholder Management
n • Build robust relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, lenders, and regulatory authorities
n Team Leadership & Capability Building
n • Lead and mentor Project Managers and functional leaders across projects
n • Act as the primary escalation point for critical project matters
n • Build a high-performance project management organisation
n • Lead customer reviews and project governance meetings
n • Drive succession planning, capability development, and leadership growth
n • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
n • Establish KPIs and performance management frameworks for project teams
n • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
