n Ideal Candidate
n A polished and confident telecaller with 1-4 years of experience, who can comfortably converse with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) CXOs, entrepreneurs, architects & interior designers.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Conduct outbound calls to High-end Suppliers
n Introduce products, services, events, or business opportunities in a professional and engaging manner.
n Schedule meetings and appointments if needed
n Maintain regular follow-ups with suppliers
n Update CRM records and maintain accurate call logs.
n n Desired Skills
n n Exceptional command over English with a neutral or polished accent.
n Experience interacting with HNIs, luxury clientele, or corporate decision-makers.
n Robust persuasion and relationship-building skills.
n Professional phone etiquette and listening skills.
n Ability to handle objections confidently and tactfully.
n Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
