Job Title: HR Executive (Male)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Onboarding & HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and personnel files.
- Ensure accurate and updated HR records and documentation.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HRMIS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, recent joiners, and employee updates.




- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate data submission.

Employee Relations & Exit Management
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities, clearance processes, and Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of HRMIS and payroll coordination.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Male candidate preferred.
