About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide end-user support and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and basic server administration.
What You’ll Do

- Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and business applications.
- • Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network issues.
- • Install and maintain biometric attendance/access control systems.
- • Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems.
- • Support meeting room AV equipment, TVs, and video conferencing systems.




- • Maintain IT assets, including asset tagging, documentation, and user accounts.
- • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty, and AMC.
- • Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts on Windows Server/Active Directory
- • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams while ensuring SLA compliance

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with CCTV systems, NVR/DVR setup, and biometric devices.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory user management.
- Good understanding of IT asset management and documentation.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently..
