Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

- Welcome every customer warmly and provide personalized assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.
- Maximize conversion by engaging every walk-in customer.
- Cross-sell and upsell products such as leggings, dupattas, palazzos, accessories, and festive collections.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

2. Product Knowledge
- Maintain thorough knowledge of BIBA collections, fabrics, fits, styles, and pricing.
- Explain garment features, wash-care instructions, and styling tips.
- Stay updated on current arrivals, promotions, and ongoing offers.

3. Visual Merchandising
- Maintain attractive product displays as per VM guidelines.
- Ensure merchandise is properly folded, displayed, and replenished.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.

4. Store Operations
- Assist in receiving stock, replenishment, and stock transfers.
- Participate in stock counts and inventory audits.
- Support billing,



gift wrapping, exchanges, and returns.
- Follow SOPs related to cash handling and store operations.

5. Customer Relationship Management
- Collect customer details for CRM activities.
- Inform customers about loyalty programs, offers, and events.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Conduct customer calling activities for promotions and repeat purchases.

6. Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with store colleagues.
- Support the Store Manager during peak business hours.
- Participate in training sessions and daily briefings.
