Job Description

What you’ll do…

- Look after restaurant and bar reservations by phone, email and online channels, responding quickly and with plenty of personality.
- Help guests choose the right outlet, time and experience by knowing our menus, spaces, offers and what is happening around the hotel.
- Enter bookings accurately, including dietary needs, celebrations, accessibility requirements and other helpful guest notes.
- Send clear confirmations and handle changes, cancellations and special requests without making things feel difficult.
- Keep the restaurant and kitchen teams updated with daily reservation information, VIPs, large tables and anything that needs extra attention.
- Recognise returning guests and use what we know to make their next visit feel even better.
- Support table management and help balance bookings so our spaces feel lively and service stays smooth.
- Follow up on guest feedback and share useful themes with the F&B; leadership team.
- Keep guest information accurate and handled responsibly.
- Support the floor team during busy periods when needed - we’re one team, not separate departments.
