Overview We are looking for Senior Platform Engineers, with 10 or more years of relevant experience, to help build enterprise platform engineering capabilities across cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps automation and internal developer platforms. The role will focus on reusable platform services, golden paths, self-service automation and standard engineering patterns that help product teams deliver faster, safer and with better governance. Expectations We seek these positions for their expertise to help create a scalable platform engineering foundation that improves developer experience, reduces manual work, standardizes delivery and enables secure, governed cloud-native adoption across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Build reusable platform services, templates, golden paths and self-service capabilities. Design and automate cloud-native infrastructure across Azure and/or AWS. Build and operate Kubernetes-based platform services. Implement GitOps deployment patterns using Flux CD and/or Argo CD. Create CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Build reusable infrastructure modules using Terraform and Crossplane. Embed security, RBAC, policy, observability and, cost guardrails into platform patterns. Work with architects, SREs, security and product teams to standardize platform delivery. Skills MUST-HAVEs Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS; cloud networking, identity, security and governance. Kubernetes: Strong experience with Kubernetes, containers, workload deployment, RBAC, ingress, secrets and production operations. GitOps: Hands-on experience with Flux CD and/or Argo CD for deployment automation and environment promotion. CI/CD: Strong experience with GitHub Actions, release workflows, rollback patterns and Git-based engineering practices. IaC: Strong experience with Terraform,



reusable modules, state management and workplace-based provisioning. Crossplane: Working knowledge of Crossplane, control plane concepts, compositions, claims and platform APIs. Programming (Dev): Good scripting or development skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, Java or PowerShell. Observability: Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace or equivalent tools. Engineering Mindset: Strong automation focus with experience creating reusable patterns and supporting production systems.
