- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using SmartCOMM (Thunderhead).
- Develop energetic correspondence including letters, statements, invoices, policies, and customer notifications.
- Configure business rules, document layouts, and reusable components within the SmartCOMM platform.
- Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications and external data sources.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
