Job Descripition
- Experienced in managing quality and accuracy of BIM information, ensuring they are in accordance with required standards and levels of detail
- Proficient in the use of Revit and Navisworks software
- Experience and good understanding of Structural, Mechanical and Electrical detailing using Revit including generation of 2D drawings and schedules from Revit.
- Should have knowledge of Pipe materials, Piping Systems and Pipe fittings.
- Experience in modelling of RCC and Structural Steel building elements, openings, stairs, platforms, trenches, chambers
- Should have knowledge of Cable trays, conduits, cable trenches and cable ducts.
- Modelling of roads, pavements
- Experienced in managing model set-up, families and worksets
- Producing 2D construction drawings, Details and Sections along with Schedules.
- Experienced in handling Point Cloud data shall be considered as an added advantage
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.
- Reviewing modelling issues and Coordinate between all engineering disciplines to resolve issues and ensure delivery
Candidate Specification :
- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Water industry experience with UK specific experience would be preferred.
- Should be conversant with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise or BIM 360 shall be considered as added advantage
- Good communication skills and the ability to work oneself and as part of a team
- Should be able to co-ordinate with supply chain and vendors
- Professional attitude towards work and self-motivated
- Be a team player and have multi-disciplinary co-ordination skills
