Job Title: Payroll Manager – Jewellery Manufacturing
Location:Ahmedabad
Department: Human Resources / Finance
Reports To: HR Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations, ideally within manufacturing or jewellery sectors. The candidate will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure statutory compliance, and optimize payroll operations using payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle payroll for all employees, including factory staff, artisans, office staff, and contract workers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, qualified tax, TDS, labour laws, and other legal requirements.
- Handle payroll calculations for multiple shifts, piece-rate production incentives, overtime, and bonuses.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for management and statutory authorities.
- Use payroll software to streamline processes and ensure timely salary disbursements.




- Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, salary revisions, and leave management.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries efficiently.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
- 5-6 years of payroll management experience, preferably in manufacturing or jewellery sectors.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (Tally, SAP, ADP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with payroll audits and statutory reporting.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll automation tools.
