Position: CRM Executive
Department: Sales & Customer Service
Reporting to: Store Manager / Operations Head
Job time 10 to 8.30
Salary: Up to 18k
Qualification: Any Graduation
Age criteria: 22 yeras to 35 years

? Key Responsibilities:
? Customer Data & Records
Collect and update customer information in the CRM system (purchase history, preferences, birthdays, anniversaries).

Maintain a clean and organized customer database.

? Follow-ups & Engagement
Conduct timely follow-up calls/messages for inquiries, walk-ins, and past customers.

Send greetings and promotional messages during birthdays, anniversaries, and festivals.

? Sales Support & Lead Management
Track leads from walk-ins, referrals, and online sources.

Assign leads to sales staff and monitor follow-up actions.





Coordinate between customers and sales executives for appointments and showroom visits.

? Loyalty & Retention
Encourage enrolment into loyalty or referral programs.

Manage feedback collection and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.

Identify VIP and high-value customers for special previews or offers.

? Marketing Coordination
Coordinate with marketing for WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns.

Share promotional offers and recent collections with customer segments.

Track responses and report campaign effectiveness.

? Complaint Handling
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.

Escalate unresolved issues to store management if needed.

Maintain logs of complaints and actions taken.

? Reporting
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on follow-ups, repeat visits, customer feedback, and retention rates.

Share insights with store leadership for strategic planning.
