Responsibilties:
1) New product manufacturing process design and development with define the customer ECNB,ECEB,NCEB,NCNB.
2) Current development as per the requirement specification- entire responsibilty of process planning product launch planning with the new product tooling.
3)Preparation of drawing and feasibility , review process flow chart assembly instructions, process instructions, raw material identification , entire development documents to be followed by the production process.
4) Co-ordination with the customers for ongoing design /product changes QR ECB and deviations.
5)Co-ordination with the suppliers during the development stage and responsibilities for the on time completion of entire development/development project.
6)Plan for external tab test to be carried on the product in co -ordination with the customer specification and as per required. for the product usage/reliability.
7)Responsibilties for the maintaining project records.
8)Co-ordinate with Head QA for entire quality assurance and product testing as per intended requirements.
