We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with experience in React, Typescript, WCAG and excellent communication skills

Experience: 5+ years

Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. IST

Mandatory Skills: React, Typescript, WCAG & Excellent English communication skills to converse with US managers

Good to Have: Playwright, Angular, PHP, Java, PostgreSQL, AWS, Github & Github Actions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of frontend or full-stack software engineering experience with a distributed Product & engineering team using React, preferably with TypeScript.
- Strong experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG), best practices, and testing Strategies using tools such as JAWS, NVDA and axe-core.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced software release environment, where you deliver Production-grade software daily for a system with millions of users.




- You can contribute to the full software development life cycle – including writing Application code, writing unit/integration/automation tests, documentation, and Performance engineering.
- Solid sense of customer empathy and a commitment to delighting customers.
- Beneficial but not required: full-stack experience, E2E testing experience with Playwright or similar frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your team to design, implement, and test features and bugfixes in our React application.
- Collaborate with product managers and your team to refine the product backlog.
- Promote engineering best practices within your team to ensure quality, accessibility, Performance, and maintainability of your software.
- Be a champion of the customer’s voice and ensure our products are built with empathy.
