Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and customize SAP applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards and SAP development guidelines.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of SAP applications.
- Document and maintain technical documentation, including code comments and design specifications.




- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our SAP landscape.
- Provide pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and technical proposal development.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, manage resources effectively, and maintain solid communication with the team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP modules.
- Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Dictionary, and SAP UI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and its core components is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and SAP GUI.
