We’re searching for a Recruiting Administrator to provide support to our Recruitment Team and be the face of our front desk reception to ensure a pleasant experience for all potential candidates.

As Recruiting Administrator, You Will…

Welcome scheduled and walk-in applicants

Assist applicants and address inquiries during all phases of the recruitment process

Coordinate communication between campus and operations

Schedule interviews

Coordinate and administer pre-employment tests

Provide support with Welcome Letter creation

Assemble new hire plans and rosters

Input employee data and maintain employee files for data & analytics

Have ownership & support all Recruiting Admin related duties

As Recruiting Administrator, You Have…





High school diploma or equivalent is required

1 - 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

HR/Recruiting experience (considered an asset)

Basic knowledge of sourcing and recruitment

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a solid attention to detail

Strong analytical and customer service skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A dynamic, proactive attitude with a passion to learn new things and adapt to change

The ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations

The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
