1. Plan and coordinate the dispatch of export shipments in alignment with
production schedules.
2. Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists,
shipping bills, and Bills of Lading.
3. Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and shipping
lines to ensure timely movement of goods.
4. Ensure compliance with EXIM policies, INCOTERMS, international trade
regulations, and destination country requirements.
5. Manage documentation for both pre-shipment and post-shipment
processes such as Letters of Credit (LC), Certificates of Origin, and
insurance policies.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export incentives (e.g., RoDTEP,
Advance License, EPCG, etc.).
7. Monitor and control export logistics costs to drive cost efficiencies.
8. Handle container booking, stuffing, and dispatch in accordance with the
agreed timelines.
9. Track shipments, maintain dispatch records, and provide regular updates
to internal stakeholders and customers.
