Overview:
The PCB division develops and supports two major product lines AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and AOS (Automated Optical Shaping). These products span multiple generations of technology, including C++ based systems, Java‑based applications, and modern Web UI front‑ends used across different platforms.
The SW & SQE Manager will play a key role in establishing and scaling our new India engineering group, ensuring strong quality practices, impactful automation, and tight alignment with global R&D.;
Mission: Build and lead a hybrid team - Manual QA, Automation, and SW Dev(second phase) to accelerate quality and delivery for PCB software
Key responsibilities:
• Hire, onboard, and develop an 8‑person+ team in phases; set clear OKRs and quality KPIs
• Establish SQE processes (test plans, regression suites, defect triage, release readiness)
