Job Title: Branch Sales Manager – Vehicle Finance

Department: Retail Vehicle Finance
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Drive vehicle finance business for the assigned branch, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met.

Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Officers.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with automobile dealers, DSA partners, and other sourcing channels.

Monitor loan applications, ensure adherence to credit policy, and coordinate with credit and operations teams for processing.

Ensure quality sourcing of new business and minimize delinquency through proper pre-screening and customer evaluation.

Organize sales promotion activities and participate in vehicle exhibitions or dealer events.

Maintain daily MIS reports, funnel management, and pipeline review.

Resolve customer queries and ensure timely disbursement and service delivery.

Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and pricing strategies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field.

4–7 years of experience in vehicle finance or auto loan sales.

Strong knowledge of the vehicle finance ecosystem, credit policies, and underwriting.

Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving branch sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
