Description
Aspire Software’s Hospitality Vertical, home to the trusted roommaster brand, is seeking a creative and strategic Brand & Content Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, storytelling, and marketing impact across all channels.
You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and play a key role in shaping how our hospitality brands communicate globally. Leading a network of writers, freelancers, and creative partners, you’ll develop and execute content and campaign strategies that bring our hospitality technology to life for hoteliers worldwide.
This role is ideal for a fast learner who thrives in a agile environment—someone willing to wear multiple hats, roll up their sleeves, and take ownership from strategy to execution. You’ll combine creativity with data, leveraging HubSpot, AI tools, and emerging marketing technologies to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the brand and content strategy to support Aspire’s hospitality GTM objectives.
- Align content and brand campaigns with product launches,



lead generation initiatives, and customer engagement goals.
- Collaborate across marketing to ensure content supports all campaigns and GTM motions.

Brand & Content Creation
- Manage the creation, review, and publishing of all content types — including ebooks, lead magnets, blogs, PR articles, email campaigns, case studies, website copy, and social media posts.
- Work with freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand tone and product accuracy in every asset.
- Maintain cohesive brand messaging and visual standards across all channels.

Campaign Management
- Plan and execute brand-driven campaigns — including product GTMs, webinars, customer storytelling, and partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign assets, ensure on-time execution, and oversee distribution through HubSpot and other channels.
