As a Lead Engineer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Software Engineering practice. You will focus on developing creative software solutions that enhance business performance and drive digital transformation. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards.
