Portage Point Partners is seeking an Associate, Financial Due Diligence (FDD) to join the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) India team. This Associate will support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for U.S. and global private equity firms, corporates and lenders. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, high attention to detail and the ability to operate in a rapid-paced U.S. deal environment. Associates will work closely with Vice Presidents and Directors in the US and India, contributing to high-quality work products, discrete workstreams and client-ready analyses.
