Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries efficiently through chat support.

Provide troubleshooting assistance for technical issues.

Deliver accurate and timely information to customers.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Technical / troubleshooting experience is mandatory.

Minimum 6 months of international process experience required.

Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are eligible.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 CTC per month
